Advocacy and representation

One of our most important roles is providing a collective voice for Titirangi Village and the wider area.

We actively engage with local and regional organisations on issues that affect our community, including safety, transport, infrastructure, planning and economic development. We work to ensure local perspectives are heard and considered in decision-making processes.

This includes maintaining close communication with Watercare as major infrastructure projects such as the Huia Raw Watermain and Western Water Supply Programme progress. We advocate for transparent decision-making and seek to minimise impacts on local businesses, residents, schools and the village environment.

The association hosts regular networking events, welcomes local leaders and organisations to share information, and works closely with community groups, schools, businesses and public agencies.

Through these connections we help strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support collaborative solutions to local challenges.

Supporting a vibrant village

We are passionate about promoting Titirangi as a unique destination to live, work, visit and spend time.

From supporting local events and placemaking initiatives to promoting the village through marketing and communications, and keeping an eye on safety, we are committed to helping Titirangi thrive.

We also work alongside partners across the community to support events that celebrate the character, creativity and spirit of the village, including the much-loved Twilight in the Village and Titirangi's iconic Christmas lights.
